After commiting a heist gone wrong during the Cannes film festival, a woman tries to straighten out her life, even as her past as a con-artist comes back to haunt her.
De Palma’s spectacular thriller is presented here in its original unreleased and uncensored version - as the director intended - with Rebecca Romijn’s strip-tease sequence restored and rescored to Led Zeppelin’s legendary track "Kashmir". This cut, screened only at early press previews, was re-edited prior to the film’s theatrical release following yet another copyright clash with Zeppelin’s label, a familiar ordeal for De Palma ever since the Phantom of the Paradise fiasco - and was never seen since. Special thanks to Chris Solo and Mr. Nico for their invaluable contribution to this project.
