UNTIL THE END OF THE WORLD · extended integral cut · HD
At the dawn of a nuclear apocalypse, a woman runs into a mysterious scientist chased by the CIA. They want to confiscate a device which allows the blinds to see and dreams to be recorded. A wild chase around the globe ensues, between dreams, visions and reality.
This is the longest version of Until the End of the World ever released, featuring all deleted scenes, alternate shots, b-roll footage, and some test footage reintegrated. Every scene has been color-corrected, re-edited, and re-scored to ensure the smoothest possible transitions. The end credits have also been entirely revamped. With over 18 minutes of additional footage compared to the director's cut (and more than 120 minutes longer than the theatrical release), this new Extended Integral Cut aims to offer the most complete and coherent version ever made of this visionary roadtrip. A new audio mix has also been created, combining elements from the original laserdisc release, the 2016 Blu-ray, the 2000 DVD set, and the film's OST.
